Old School Fight Camp, based in Brisbane, Australia, is the latest program being offered by The Boxing Shop. With the tage title: Tough Times don't last, Tough people do... you can imagine that is is about discipline, courage and will.
Designed to give participants the opportunity to train, think, weigh in and compete like a 'Title' Fighter. You don't have to be a competitive Fighter to enrol in Fight Camp. This innovative program with an old school twist is the perfect opportunity to experience training like an old school Pro.
In fact, the only prerequisite is that you are able to run 2.5km at the start of the program and have at least beginner experience. You must also be willing to complete one more running session in your own time.
Gareth Williams, the highly experienced Head Coach is your Trainer for the journey. Gareth has years of experience as both a professional boxer and elite athlete and trains both professional and amateur fighters. His skills as a trainer as also sought out by high profile clients and corporate groups for his dynamic and specialised training programs.
Williams and his entire team are pumped about Fight Camp, as it mixes the old school gym style with proven results based training methods. The Boxing Shop team LOVE Boxing and are passionate about the concept.
In 4 weeks, prepare to be transformed.
The piolet program runs for 4 weeks from the 23rd July - 18th August 2007. Training begins from 5.15am sharp to 6.15am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. The evening of the 17th of August is your official weigh in for the Competition sparring event on Saturday 18th August.
The cost of the program is only $289 and includes:
12 x Training Sessions
1 x Training Diary
1 x Hooded Jumper
3 x Training T'shirts
1 x Evening Weigh-in
1 x Competition Sparring event with medals
